We collect this information directly from you (e.g., when you create an account, search for a drug, or subscribe to Rx.com Plus), automatically (e.g., via cookies or analytics tools), or from third parties (e.g., pharmacy pricing partners).

- Providing Services: Showing drug prices, generating discount cards, processing Rx.com Plus subscriptions, and sending price-drop SMS or email alerts.
- Personalization: Pre-filling your ZIP code for nearby pharmacy lookups and tailoring price alerts to medications you track.

- Marketing: Sending promotional emails or newsletters where you have consented or where permitted by applicable law.

To submit a request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, or to opt out of data sharing, please contact us using any of the methods below. We will verify your identity to protect your privacy and respond within 45 days as required by the CCPA (with a possible 45-day extension if needed).

You may also authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf, provided they supply written proof of authorization.
6. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice, or as required by applicable law. For example, subscription billing records are retained for financial compliance, and price alert history is retained for the duration of your account. When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Changes to This Notice
We may update this CCPA Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will post the revised notice on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
