What is Clenpiq ?

Clenpiq is an oral prescription solution used for colon cleansing prior to colonoscopy procedures. It contains a combination of sodium picosulfate, a stimulant laxative, and magnesium oxide and anhydrous citric acid, which together work to induce bowel movements for bowel cleansing. Clenpiq is typically administered as a split-dose regimen, enhancing tolerability and effectiveness in clearing the colon.

• Fast, slow, pounding, or uneven heartbeat

• Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
• Severe stomach pain, bleeding from the rectum
• Fainting
• Seizures

• Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have kidney disease, heart disease (including heart failure, thickening of the heart), heart rhythm problems, a recent heart attack, trouble swallowing, stomach or bowel problems (including inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis), or a history of seizures or fainting.
