What is Sitagliptin?

Warnings
- Pancreatitis: Inform patients to promptly report persistent severe abdominal pain.

- Renal impairment: Dosage adjustment may be necessary.
- Hypersensitivity reactions: Discontinue if symptoms of allergic reactions occur.
- Severe and disabling arthralgia: Consider discontinuing if severe joint pain occurs.
