  • Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have kidney disease, liver disease, heart or blood vessel disease, heart rhythm problems, low blood pressure, lung or breathing problems, or Down syndrome.
  • Your doctor may tell you to stop breastfeeding, and pump and discard your breast milk for at least 24 hours after you receive this medicine.
  • This medicine may cause the following problems:Hyperkalemia (high potassium in the blood)Malignant hyperthermia (high body temperature)Liver problemsHeart rhythm problems, including QT prolongationSevere bradycardia (slow heartbeat) in patients with Down syndrome
  • This medicine may make you dizzy, drowsy, or confused for several hours. Do not drive or do anything that could be dangerous until you know how this medicine affects you.
