RxPros Customer Service: Phone Number, Email & How to Get Help

First, so you don't waste another minute: this is Rx.com, not RxPros

Rx.com and RxPros LLC are two different, unaffiliated companies. We have no access to RxPros accounts, orders, prescriptions, shipments, or payments, we cannot cancel or refund anything for RxPros, and we cannot pass a message along to them.

A lot of people searching for RxPros support end up on our website by mistake, so rather than leave you stuck, we put RxPros's own published contact details below, copied straight from their website.

How to contact RxPros directly

Support email support@rxpros.com

Source: RxPros's own website (rxpros.com and its returns policy page), checked 24 July 2026. RxPros can change these at any time. If something above is out of date, their website is the authority, not us. We do not monitor their hold times and we have no back channel to them.

What to include so you get a real answer

Support teams stall on vague messages. Whether you call or email, have these ready in the first message:

  • The email address and full name you used to order. That is how their system finds you.
  • The order or confirmation number from your receipt email.
  • The date of the charge and the last four digits of the card, plus the exact billing descriptor from your statement.
  • One clear ask, in the first sentence: cancel the subscription, refund this charge, send tracking, or update my address.
  • A reply-by date and a note that you'll follow up with your bank if you don't hear back. Keep every reply, because you may need the paper trail.

Send the email even if you've already called, so there is a written record with a timestamp.

Cancelling, refunds, and shipping problems at RxPros

This is a plain-English summary of what RxPros publishes on its own returns page, as of 24 July 2026. Their page governs, so read it before you rely on any of this.

  • Ongoing subscription: RxPros says you can cancel at any time from its secure patient dashboard, which is the login link above.
  • Order placed, consultation not yet completed: RxPros says you can request cancellation by emailing support@rxpros.com before the medical consultation is completed, and that it refunds the order minus a $99 administrative fee.
  • Consultation completed and prescription issued: RxPros says the order goes to the pharmacy immediately and becomes final and non-cancellable at that point.
  • Wrong, damaged, delayed, or misdirected order: RxPros asks you to report it through the patient portal within 7 days of delivery.

Those 7-day and pre-consultation windows are short, so if you're on the fence, send the email now and decide later, because it is much easier to withdraw a cancellation request than to reopen an expired window.

If RxPros doesn't respond

If you've tried the phone number and the support email and gotten nowhere, these are the standard consumer options. None of this is legal advice, and listing them is not an accusation against RxPros. It is simply what is available to any customer who can't reach any company.

  1. Document the attempts. Dates, times, who you spoke to, copies of every email. This is what every step below asks for first.
  2. Dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer. Card networks generally give you a limited window from the statement date, so don't sit on it. Your issuer will want proof you tried to resolve it with the merchant.
  3. File a Better Business Bureau complaint. Companies frequently respond to a BBB case when they've ignored email.
  4. Contact your state attorney general's consumer protection office, and the Wyoming Attorney General’s consumer protection unit as well, since the company lists a Wyoming address.
  5. Report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
  6. For a prescription or pharmacy-specific problem (wrong medication, a pharmacy that won't respond), your state board of pharmacy takes complaints.

If your medication has actually stopped and you need a refill in the meantime, talk to a local pharmacist or your own prescriber. You do not have to wait on a support queue to stay on your medication.

Why did Rx.com come up when I searched for RxPros?

Honestly? Because the names look alike and search engines have been sending RxPros support searches to us. We didn't buy ads on their name and we're not trying to intercept their customers.

For a while those searches landed on our general contact form, which meant people typed out a long, frustrated message about an order we've never seen and had no way to help with. That's a bad outcome for everyone, so we built this page instead: the information you were looking for, on a page with no form on it, so nothing you write here disappears into the wrong company's inbox.

If you'd rather not reorder from a telehealth subscription at all

Since you're already here, one honest note about what Rx.com actually is. We're a free prescription price comparison site and discount card. There's no subscription, no membership fee, and no consultation charge. You get a prescription from your own doctor or any prescriber, then use our free card at a local pharmacy to pay a discounted cash price. Nothing auto-renews, because there's nothing to renew.

And the part most sites won't say: if your medication is cheapest through your insurance, through the manufacturer's own direct-to-patient program, or through Medicare, use that instead. We'd rather tell you that than win the click.
